We spent the 4th of July, here, in Estes Park, Colorado. I can't even begin to describe how beautiful it is there. We spent several nights in Estes with part of our extended family.
The kids had the most fun of all. They loved watching the animals near the cabin, chipmunks were everywhere. Our girls loved spending time with all of of their cousins.
The best part of the trip for them was the pony rides. K rode a pony the last time we were in Estes, Lil' Joe.
She hoped that he would be available again, but we found out that he has since retired. This time she had Duke.

She had such a great time on him, she tells me almost daily how much she "really loves Cookie" and how much Cookie loves her too.
After Estes Park, we drove to Steamboat Springs, CO.
We had a great condo there and the girls had just as much fun there as they did at the cabin.
We even got to see this amazing waterfall.
It was quite a hike back to it. It was all down hill on the way to the waterfall. Which, of course, means that it's all UP hill on the way back. We were all wiped out when we got back up to the car. All except Little Mama and R who got to ride in the stroller.
I really could continue to go on and on about our trip, but I think that this is getting long enough.
